Report misuse

SendBuddy reviews reports involving misuse of our domain, services, or systems.

How to report

Email abuse@sendbuddy.net with as much detail as possible. Helpful information includes:

  • Message headers
  • Timestamps
  • Sender address
  • Recipient address
  • Subject line
  • A short description of the issue

Reports are reviewed as they are received. We may not be able to provide detailed updates on individual investigations.

Not allowed

SendBuddy does not permit the following types of activity.

Phishing

Attempts to trick recipients into revealing sensitive information.

Malware

Messages or links intended to distribute harmful software.

Impersonation

Misrepresenting SendBuddy or another party to deceive recipients.

Deceptive activity

Fraudulent or misleading use of our domain or systems.

Unauthorized use

Use of SendBuddy systems without permission or outside acceptable use.
